Playing War by Evolution Gaming is simple. As you place your bets, you compete against the dealer, just as you would at land-based casinos. The aim of this popular game is to bet on whether your card or the dealer’s card will be higher. You can also bet on whether the hand will result in a tie.
War is played with 8 standard decks of cards, excluding the Jokers. The Ace card has the highest value, and suits don’t matter. Once the short betting time has ended, both you and the dealer are dealt one card facing up. The highest card wins.

War Features & Game Bonuses

Surrender or Go To War
If a Tie takes place when the cards are revealed, War will begin! You must then decide if you want to Surrender or Go To War.
Surrender - If you choose to surrender, you will lose half of your bet, and the game round will end.
Go To War - If you decide to go to war, you must double your main bet and the game round will continue. The dealer will then discard 3 face-down cards and deal new cards face up. If you win this round, you win the original bet amount. If you lose, you lose your doubled bet.
If a Tie occurs when you’ve gone to war, the same process is repeated until there is a winner! The maximum number of Ties allowed per game round is four.
Bet Sizes, Max Win & Return to Player (RTP)
Play War by setting your bet amount between 0.50 and 10,000.00 per round. The live croupier and card shuffler ensure that the RNG (random number generator) is what determines the outcome.
This game has a theoretical return-to-player percentage (RTP) of 96.55%, but this can change based on your bet. If you Go To War, the RTP is adjusted to 96.56%. Surrender and it will be set to 96.27%, while the Tie side bet sets the RTP at 92.05%. The standard house edge of 3.45% will help you on your way to winning up to 200:1.
